Groups

Groups are the heartbeat of our church. They're where we grow our relationship with God and with others. As we live connected, we find freedom and healing in community.

Group Leadership

Leading others to find freedom through relationship is one of the most fulfilling things you can do here at HighRidge Church. We believe God uses small groups to change people's lives, and as a group leader, you get a front row seat to seeing that.

FAQs

Don't see the answer to your question below? Shoot an email to groups@highridgelv.com.

Q: What if I don't like the first group I try?

Don’t give up! Not every group will be a good fit. We encourage you to select a few groups you think might interest you and contact the leaders to find out more about the group. You can then try out a few before committing. We want to see you connected in the group tailor-made for you!

Q: What happens at a small group meeting?

A small group looks like friends eating at a restaurant, teams playing softball, or people studying a Christian book or the Bible. In its basic form, a small group is a community of people engaged in biblical fellowship and committed to grow spiritually.

Q: How long does a typical small group stay together?

Most small groups meet for a semester. This way, new people can join groups easily and regularly. Also, the semester format allows you to try multiple groups each year. As relationships form, some groups choose to stay together for consecutive semesters, but new members are always welcome.

Q: How do I sign up for a group?

Browse our open groups, click on a thumbnail of the specific group you want to join, then click "Join" at the bottom right. You'll automatically be added to the group.

Q: Is childcare available?

Childcare availability varies from group to group. When you search our directory for a group, the group profile will indicate if it is available.
